General Medicine (HA)
The General Medicine program commonly known as HA in both clinical and public health focused, with emphasis on primary level curative services, preventive and health care at the health post level. Identification of cases that needs to be referred to higher facilities is a key role of the independent thinking, problem solving skills, referred to higher center transfer of patients and life long professional education and development.
Admission Criteria
Based on merit through entrance procedure as per CTEVT and interview conducted by the institution, Students having SEE equivalent with not less than 2.0 GPA average score in aggregate and for SLC equivalent with not less than 45% average score in aggregate and for TSLC equivalent with not less than 68.33% average score in aggregate are eligible to appear in the entrance procedure. Health certificate form a registered medical practitioner will be required at the time of admission.
Attendance
Ninety percent attendance is compulsory both in theory and practical/clinical sessions.
